Terms & Conditions

We offer professional training programs, management advisory and consulting, research and surveys, event registration, and access to publications – all subject to availability and written confirmation.

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from our team. All fees are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Group rates are available for three or more participants from the same organisation.

For the 4th Regional HR Talent Management Summit (30 Nov – 4 Dec 2026, PrideInn Paradise, Mombasa): the fee is KES 65,000 per delegate, exclusive of VAT. Delegates are nominated through the registration form, and the nomination form must be signed by an authorised officer of your organisation and returned to us.

All fees are non-refundable. Once paid, no refund will be made for any reason, including cancellation, a change of plans or not attending.

• Substitutions: if a registered delegate can't attend, another person from the same organisation can attend in their place at no extra cost. Email us the substitute's name, position and email address before the summit.
• No-shows forfeit the full fee.
• If CPF Training and Consulting reschedules a program, your registration moves to the new dates.

All consulting work is governed by a signed service agreement. Intellectual property developed during engagements remains the property of CPF Training and Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Full payment is required before program commencement unless a written credit arrangement is in place. We accept bank transfer (RTGS/EFT) and M-Pesa. Details are provided upon registration.

All website content – including training materials, publications, and branding – is the property of CPF Training and Consulting and protected under Kenyan and international copyright law. No content may be reproduced for commercial use without written consent.

Our liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
