What we collect
We collect your name, job title, organisation, contact details, payment records, and website usage data when you register for programs, submit enquiries, or engage our services.
For the 4th Regional HR Talent Management Summit, this website collects:
- Registration (nomination form): your organisation's name and location; the contact person's name, email and phone numbers; each nominee's name, position and email; the authorising officer's name and designation; the organisation's KRA PIN; the signed nomination form; and payment records.
- Enquiries: what you send through the contact and sponsorship forms.
- Technical details: the IP address and browser sent with each form, to protect the website from spam and abuse.
- Website usage data: through Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
How we use it
Your data is used to process registrations, deliver training and consulting services, send program updates and event invitations (where consented), issue certificates and invoices, and improve our services.
Your rights
Under Kenyan law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data – and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly at [email protected] or +254 0111 114 000.
Data retention
Training registration data is retained for a minimum of seven years for audit compliance. Other data is held only as long as necessary.
International programs
For programs held abroad (Rwanda, Dubai, Zanzibar, Malaysia, etc.), limited data may be shared with local venue partners under appropriate safeguards.
